(115gr) The bright orange color of the Arousa estuary mussels make them stand out from the rest. These mussels are sourced from traditional Galician seafood catchers. The mussels are cleaned and cooked in oil, giving them better taste and texture. Finally, they are pickled in escabeche sauce.

INGREDIENTS: Mussels, olive oil, vinegar, sweet paprika, garlic, smoked paprika, cloves, pepper and bay leaf.
