At Lata, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our items, we only accept returns or replacements for goods that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
Return Process
- 1.Document the Issue
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the specific product defect to help us process your request quickly.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the attached photographic evidence.
- 3.Return Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions if the item needs to be sent back.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After approval, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
