Don Bocarte Wild Bluefin Tuna Belly

(120gr) Wild bluefin tuna belly in olive oil. This package includes a small envelope of flakey sea salt. Don Bocarte uses fresh wild bluefin tuna, caught by the traditional almadraba method, a type of sustainable fishing that takes place in Barbate (Cadiz) between May and June.
